You have the knowledge and the experience and
you're ready to take your career international.
There’s just one problem…your English is starting to slow you down.
Maybe you
-
interviewed for a new position, but didn’t get selected.
-
joined an international team, but still feel like an outsider in conversations.
-
feel like a robot when you talk with your teammates instead of showing your full personality.
-
Or you’re finally getting results and getting noticed, but you can’t express yourself completely in English to really stand out.
WHATEVER YOUR SITUATION IS
English isn't something you can leave for later anymore..
You want to:
-
Walk into an interview and explain your experience naturally (even when asked an unexpected question).
-
Explain a training decision, treatment plan or professional opinion clearly.
-
Contribute your ideas in a meeting, share a strategy, or disagree with a colleague.
-
Feel part of the team. Chat, joke and tell stories with the people you work with—not just talk about work.
And you know that something needs to change if that's going to happen.
You don't necessarily need to learn more English.
You need to train it using the right way.
There's a reason why speaking English can feel so difficult sometimes.
And it's not because you're bad at it.
The methods you've tried in the past were probably designed around a fixed, generic syllabus: learn this vocabulary, practice this grammar, move on to the next topic.
But your work in sports is anything but generic.
And the world of sports isn't exactly famous for having predictable schedules.
Your training plan changes when the workload changes.
And you adapt when the demands change.
So why should your English training be any different?
You don't need to discuss “technology” for an hour just because you’ve reached Unit 7.
And memorizing a list of “sports-related vocabulary” won't help when you need to:
-
explain a training decision
-
discuss performance, nutrition or recovery
-
explain an injury or treatment plan
-
give clear instructions during a session or competition
-
defend your game strategy
You need deeper practice with the English your life in sports demands—and to develop the skills to adapt when the conversation changes.

Peak Performance Communication
Personalized 1:1 online English coaching
For athletes and sports professionals who want their communication to keep pace with their career.
Together, we'll build the English communication skills and confidence you need to perform at your best in the conversations that matter.

A different way to train your English
I believe learning another language should be relevant, enjoyable and focused. That's why I don't follow a generic or predetermined plan. I use my 3D Game Plan to build your training around your role, your goals and the situations where you need English.
The 3D Game Plan
DISCOVER
Get clear on what you want to say.
We discover what you need to communicate, how you want to come across, and what's getting in the way.
DEVELOP
Build the skills to say it.
We develop the language and communication skills you need to express yourself naturally and effectively.
DELIVER
Use it when it counts.
We put your skills into practice through role plays and simulations based on the situations you actually face, so you can communicate confidently when it matters. As your skills develop, we introduce increasing levels of challenge and pressure to prepare you for game day.
The process is personalized, practical and evolves with you. We continually adapt your language and communication training to what you need next.
And English becomes a tool you can actually use, not just something you know.
What becomes possible when we work together?
By the end of our work together, English becomes something that moves your career forward—not something you have to work around.
